How can my name appear on the JAMB Matriculation List?

Are Direct Entry candidates among the JAMB Matriculation List?

Direct Entry candidates are advised to enroll for JAMB regularization for their names to appear on the Matriculation List.

Can I change my course after my name appears on the matriculation list?
