You must have chose the University of Ilorin as your first choice institution during your JAMB registration.
O’Level Credit Requirements
You must possess a minimum of five O’Level credit passes at SSCE, GCE, NECO, NABTEB or approved equivalent in at least five (5) subjects, which must include English Language, and four (4) other subjects as may be specified by each Faculty.
Sitting Restrictions
For most courses, the five credits can be obtained in not more than two sittings. However, for highly competitive programmes like Medicine and Surgery (MBBS), Pharmacy, Nursing Science, Optometry, and Computer Engineering, the O’Level credits must be obtained in one sitting only.
Direct Entry Qualifications
If you are applying as a Direct Entry candidate, you must possess a minimum of an Upper Credit in any relevant National Diploma (ND), National Certificate in Education (NCE), or Higher National Diploma (HND) from a recognized institution, alongside your JAMB DE registration.

UNILORIN JAMB Cut-off Marks

How to Apply for UNILORIN Post-UTME/DE Screening
Eligible candidates must follow the official registration guidelines carefully to avoid disqualification. The screening application involves a processing fee of ₦2,000.00 (excluding standard bank charges or verification fees).
Step-by-Step Registration Procedure
STEP 1: Visit the official UNILORIN undergraduate admissions portal
Visit the official UNILORIN undergraduate admissions portal at https://portal.unilorin.edu.ng/ug/admissions or the Unilorin main portal.
STEP 2: Verify Your Details
Click “VERIFY YOUR DETAILS” and enter your JAMB Registration Number, email, and phone number. Your surname and first name will appear automatically for confirmation.
Note: If you see “No match for the details provided,” please check back later.
STEP 2: Make Payment
Click “Proceed” to access the school’s preferred payment gateway (e.g. Remita, Paystack, Interswitch etc.). Pay using card, transfer, USSD, or bank.
Note: Do not refresh your browser during payment to avoid multiple deductions.
If unsure of payment status, wait a few hours or confirm from your bank.
STEP 3: CONFIRM YOUR PAYMENT
Click “CONFIRM YOUR PAYMENT”, enter your JAMB Registration Number/Email, and validate.
Login credentials will be re-sent to your email.
STEP 4: Log In
Go to the login page, enter your JAMB Registration Number and password, then click Login.
STEP 5: Complete Application
Click “My Application”, fill in all required details, and review carefully.
STEP 6: Submit
Click “Submit” only after confirming that your NIN, date of birth, O’Level details and uploaded results are correct.
